We stand behind the quality of our goalie masks and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below:

• 30-Day Guarantee – You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Condition Requirement – The mask must be brand new, unused, and unaltered. It cannot have been worn on the ice, for street play, or show any signs of use.
• Return Shipping – The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
• Refund Process – Once the returned mask is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
